Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: A fixed shipping charge of ₹39 per order is applicable.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: A fixed shipping charge of ₹79 per order is applicable.

  • Shipping charges, if any, are clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Processing & Handling Time

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 working day after order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timeline (Transit Time)

  • Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3–7 working days, depending on:

    • Delivery location

    • Courier partner operations

    • Local accessibility

  • Tracking details typically include the courier partner name and tracking number.

  • You can use these details to track your order status in real time on the courier partner’s website.

  • Tracking information is usually updated within 24 hours of dispatch.

Delays & Exceptions

Bookala shall not be held liable for delays caused by such circumstances but will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Bookala shall not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Re-shipping costs, if applicable, shall be borne by the customer.
