Thriller/Mystery/Missing person/Sleuthing

Ok. So I was convinced Holly Jackson cannot top #agoodgirlsguidetomurder , but then I read this!

In this instalment, our girl Pip's true crime podcast (titled, what else but, A Good Girl's Guide Murder) about the events in the previous book is an instant hit with its usual ramifications- both good and bad.

However, someone else in her small town has gone missing. Her friend's brother... someone she considers family. And despite her swearing not to go through it again and put her life and those around her in danger, she has to help find him. And the clock is ticking.

Small towns seem to have the biggest secrets... And as this secret unravels, you might not be left feeling what you expected to.

Holly Jackson's writing is as usual tight, keeping you at the edge of your seat till the very end. I like how Pip's mind works, and her strength and her vulnerability.

This series is a must read for lovers of murder mystery thrillers. I would also call it a cosy mystery, but it's too edge of seat for that.

I'd highly highly recommend the Audiobooks for this series.

Holds your interest from the very start till the very end, but —

There's hardly a never-heard-before twist in the story. The doesn't amazes you but it definitely entertains you. A good read.

Thrilling suspense!!

Usually when it’s a part of a series especially when it comes to a murder mystery it gets repetitive boring and at point you get to a point where you feel oh my god when will it end, not with this book. A good girls guide to murder and then good girl bad blood is such an amazing suspenseful book, being a person who listens to a lot of crime podcasts and watches such shows it’s usually evident and easy to guess who the culprit is but the plot is go genius so well thought everytime I thought oh I got it it became more interesting for sure if you have read the first book and are a mystery lover would 100% recommend it!!!
